When a billionaire returns from an impulsive trip to space with cow-like udders that produce a life-saving blue milk, he sees the business opportunity of a lifetime, while everyone who loves him, and several billion people who don’t, beg him to give it away.

COMPS:
It's basically if Elon Musk produced "Sorry to Bother You", starred in it, and tried to pass it off as "Don’t Look Up". That makes so much sense in my head.
