Anyone can have a big vision. How do you have a big vision that matters? It begins with understanding, refining and believing in the purpose and having it resonate with those around you. It's about developing a content strategy through data and insight. It's about executing and expressing it with the courage of your convictions, each word and pixel chosen with careful consideration. It's staying true to the finish line but being flexible enough to find a better way. A big vision should always have a plan towards bigger things.

Through creative leadership, product and content direction, brand building and advertising campaigns, this has been my job. I set big visions. And then I work to make them come to life.
